Limiting Factors and their effect on Carrying Capacity By Isaiah Shabram

An Abiotic Limiting Factor that can have an effect on a carrying capacity is weather. Certain weather in the area could make big changes to what lives in that area. If storms are beneficial, then some animals could move into an area and increase the population on the carrying capacity. If the weather is bad then the population of the carrying capacity could decrease. These pictures represent what could increase or decrease the carrying capacity.

Biotic Limiting Factors that could have an effect on a carrying capacity could be too much predators. If there are too many predators in an area they could have a great effect on their prey's population. This could cause the prey to move away or to produce more young so their population can grow. This can decrease or increase the carrying capacity.
