Biotic and Abiotic Limiting Factors By: Collin

Abiotic limiting factors would be a non living object that is effecting the environment or a habitat of a animal. Say that there was a tornado in a large forest, the wildlife that live there might be killed or might have less homes or food sources to acquire.

A biotic limiting factor would be something living that would stop another organism from getting a vital resource. For example a ferret might fight with another ferret over a shelter or food source.
This would prevent one of the ferrets from getting the vital resource it needs.
