A biotic limiting factor, for example, could be over population on the predators. Then most of the producers would die off because the predators would keep eating all the producers then competition happens among them. Then predators start hunting each other; All the animals in that area would decrease in population.

A abiotic limiting factor could be a drought. When there is not enough water the producers have nothing to stay alive, so the predators couldn't be able to eat, causing the deaths of many animals.
If the weather is too dry the animals that need to have warm weather (snakes, scorpions, frogs ect.) would all die because the weather is much hotter than what they are used to, and wouldn't be able to adapt fast enough.
